"Holding up better than I thought"
I’ve had my DashCare device for a few months now, it’s been sturdier than I expected. I even knocked it off my desk once and figured that might be the end of it, but there were no cracks or strange issues afterward. The battery cover does feel a little loose, which is annoying and why I can’t give it 5 stars. Still, I have to admit it’s held up well overall

"Setup wasn’t as smooth as they made it sound"
The onboarding took longer than I expected, and I was confused at the start. The company language made it sound like everything would be simple and seamless, but in reality I had to poke around a bit and figure things out myself. It worked out eventually, but the setup definitely wasn’t as effortless as the polished wording suggested.

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered it thinking it would show up in few days, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just waiting around with no idea what was going on. it was annoying experience.

"The staff really threw me off"
I had a rough experience with Dashcare, and I’m still a little confused about how the whole thing played out. I thought I reached out on one day and got a response the next, but then looking back, the timing didn’t really line up, which made the whole situation feel even more frustrating.
The main issue was the staff I dealt with. They came across rude and acted like my basic questions were an inconvenience. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just trying to understand what was going on, but the replies were short and not helpful at all.
Maybe I caught them at a bad time, or maybe other people have had better experiences, but mine didn’t feel professional. Between the unclear timing and the way I was treated, I wouldn’t be in a rush to use dashcare.com again...

"Monitoring center didn’t really earn my trust"
I wanted to feel good about the monitoring center, but it let me down. The response felt slower than I expected, and the updates weren’t very clear, so I kept having to check on things myself. That kind of takes away the whole point of having monitoring in the first place. I guess it still did some of what it was supposed to do, but I can’t say I was happy with the experience.

"Emergency help took too long"
I went with Dashcare because I needed help fast, but the emergency response took way longer than I expected. I kept checking my phone for updates and didn’t really know who was supposed to be handling my case, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
The person I eventually talked to was nice and tried to help, but by that point I was already annoyed. For something labeled as emergency support, I expected quicker action and a clearer sense of who owned the issue. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t call it great either.

I tried using the mobile app the other day to book something while I was out, and it was frustrating. The app kept lagging, and a few of the buttons either took forever to show up or didn’t load properly at all. I ended up having to wait until I could use a computer because doing it from my phone was way harder than it should’ve been.

"Charging is super easy"
I picked this up because I was tired of dealing with annoying charging setups, it’s been really nice so far. It plugs in easily, works without any fuss, and I don’t feel like I’m constantly messing with it just to get things charging.
The only thing keeping it from being perfect for me is that I do wish the cable was a bit longer. Still, it’s been really handy overall and definitely saves me a little time and hassle, so I’m happy with it...

"GPS is all over the place"
The app itself is fine, but the GPS accuracy is frustrating. Half the time it shows my car like two streets away from where it actually is. When I’m trying to check something quickly, that’s basically useless, what a joke. Really hope they get this fixed soon.

The call was clear, clear for most of it, and the person I spoke with was helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed. There was one little audio drop, but it came back quick. Overall, good call quality, really no big complaints

Maybe it’s just me, but trying to cancel my plan felt way more complicated than it needed to be. There were too many steps, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t really much help. I just expected the whole process to be a lot simpler.

"It worked eventually, but the process was frustrating"
The app wasn’t syncing, so I reached out to support. They did help me go through a few steps, and reinstalling finally fixed it, but it took longer than I expected because the replies were slow. I also had to explain the same thing again at one point, which was annoying. On top of that, I’m not thrilled that the terms seem to keep changing, so overall it helped, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience

"Billing was off again"
I got charged the wrong amount again, and it was frustrating. Compared to other services I use, getting a billing issue fixed here takes way longer than it should. Support did eventually respond, but the wait made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Refund dragged on way longer than expected"
I had to follow up twice just to get my refund sorted. They kept giving me vague promises like it would be handled “soon,” but nothing really happened until I chased again. I did get the money back in the end, but the whole process was slow, frustrating, and way more annoying than it needed to be.
"Good battery for everyday use"
I bought my dash cam from dashcare.com, and the battery life has been solid. For my normal daily driving and quick stops while parked, it does what I need without me having to worry about it constantly. Setup was simple enough too, which was a plus. The only downside is that the charge doesn’t seem to last quite as long in colder weather, but it hasn’t been a major problem for me. Overall, it’s practical and reliable for everyday use, just not perfect.

I just don’t feel like I’m getting enough out of it for what I’m paying every month. For my own use, the subscription feels a bit too expensive, and I’d rather spend that money on something I actually use more

"Support was fine, but the reminders were a bit much"
Support did help me out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much there. It just took longer than I expected, and while I was waiting, the constant reminders felt kind of pushy. A couple check-ins would’ve been fine, but it started to feel a little aggressive.

Ordered from dashcare.com it was refreshingly simple. The site was easy to figure out, payment didn’t randomly fail for no reason, and the confirmation email showed up quick. Which, shouldn’t feel like a big achievement in 2026, but here we are. No issues so far, just a normal smooth order like it’s supposed to be

"Care alerts come through like people said"
I picked this up after seeing a few other caregivers mention the alerts were reliable, and so far they were right. Every care alert has come through without any weird delays, which has been a big relief.
